ADC Innovator challenges employees to think beyond the normal boundaries of their work and devise long-term business solutions that make an impact on our botttom line.

Now a year-round program, the initial campaign launched in February 2008 and lasted three weeks. Included within these samples are a poster, a weekly promotional e-mail, an intranet banner and the launch e-mail.
