Managed all content creation and writing efforts, and the overall content strategy, for the do.® Blue Cross app:

• Launched a content strategy and wrote all content, including assistance with creative direction, within five months

• Instrumental in the redesign of the app experience, helping implement a new content delivery and tagging strategy to improve user engagement (launched in the first quarter of 2018)
