I lead a team that actively manages all community management and social media content creation for Trane Commercial's Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts. Trane is the leading HVAC solutions provider in North America and one of the largest brands for HVAC equipment across the globe, with thousands of followers reached daily:

  • Facebook: 17,000

  • Twitter: 2,657

Since taking over content creation and community management duties in winter 2016, we have been able to help the HVAC, business-to-business brand meet one of its two social media goals for the fiscal year: increasing awareness by 20% compared to 2015. We are also tracking to meet the company's goal to increase consumer engagement by 20% goal through more likes, shares and other actions by social channel.

In addition to content creation and day-to-day management, I also provide counsel to ensure social media is appropriately integrated into all marketing community and public relation efforts. For example, we recently helped implement a content creation process and LinkedIn strategy for Trane Europe to engrain social media into marketing plans – and to serve specific, relevant content to brand followers across the globe.
